Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to make every transaction clear and fair. The guidelines below explain when and how returns are accepted, the condition goods must be in, and the timeline for refunds. By placing an order with Everyday Diva Boutique ("EDB," "we," "our"), you agree to the following terms.

1  Return Window & Eligibility

30‑Day Period — counted from the date you receive the package (as shown by the carrier’s delivery scan).

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all manufacturer/EDB tags still attached.

The following are non‑returnable: sale or clearance items, personal items, intimate apparel, accessories, bags, swimwear, bodysuits, masks, and gift cards.

Wardrobing Notice  If we determine an item has been worn, used, or otherwise does not meet the above condition standards, the return will be rejected. The customer will have 30 calendar days to pay reshipment costs to have the item returned to them; after that period the item will be considered abandoned and may be discarded.

2  Initiating a Return (Owner Review)

Email danielle@everydaydivaboutique.com within the 30‑day window and include all of the following:

Order number

Item description (SKU or product name)

Reason for return

Photo or clear video evidence demonstrating the condition or issue

Our owner will review requests case‑by‑case and respond within 3 business days. Decisions are based solely on compliance with this policy and the evidence provided.

Once approved, you will receive written return instructions. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

3  Defective or Wrong Item Claims (24‑Hour Rule)

Inspect your delivery immediately. Any defect, damage, or shipment error must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Email the address above with photos/video proof; if confirmed, we will supply a pre‑paid return label and cover replacement shipping.

Claims made after 24 hours will be treated as change‑of‑mind returns and may be denied.

4  Return Shipping & Customer Responsibilities

Unless the return is due to our error (Section 3), all shipping costs—including original outbound, return postage, and any reshipment—are the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a trackable service; we cannot issue refunds for parcels we do not receive.

Carrier & Label Accuracy  Use the exact carrier and label instructions provided in our approval email. Packages dropped with the wrong carrier, incorrect address, or lacking a return authorization number may be delayed, lost, or destroyed. EDB is not liable for such errors, and refunds will not be issued.

5  Refund Processing

After your parcel arrives and passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7‑14 business days.

During peak holiday seasons, processing may extend to 20 business days.

Original outbound shipping charges are non‑refundable (unless Section 3 applies).

Restocking / Refusal Fee  If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to us as "undeliverable," actual carrier return charges plus a 15 % restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Redelivery fees are the customer’s responsibility.

6  Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. 

7  Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
